Depending on the browser used or its version, when accessing the site you may encounter one of the following errors: "Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site.", "This site can't be reached" , ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED  ,etc.

The causes of these errors can be the following:
- the accessed domain has expired.
- the accessed domain is not registered. In order for the site to be accessible, you need to register the domain.
- wrong nameservers set on the domain.
- an IP change of the hosting package has occurred. In this case you will have to wait for a complete propagation of the new IP (it may take several hours).
- a change has occurred in the DNS zone. And in this case it might take a few hours for everything to become functional.
- a local problem of the browser and/or the device from which access is attempted. To fix it, you can try completely emptying (including cookies) the browser cache, DNS flush, resetting the device and the router.
- the firewall or antivirus of the device from which access is attempted blocks access to the site. You can try temporarily stopping these services, for verification.
- possible blockage in the firewall of the hosting server. To verify this, technical support will need to be contacted to verify the situation.
